We have several options for accommodations during the 2026 PolMeth meeting. Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center is located on the campus of MSU and will be the site of many of our meeting rooms. Rooms are also available near the conference center at Butterfield Hall.

Dedicated on Sept. 17, 1951, our Michigan State University (MSU) location was the first of 13 Kellogg Center facilities in the U.S. The W.K. Kellogg Foundation donated a generous $1.4 million grant to support to project, with additional contributions made by MSU and the Michigan Hotel Association.
The Kellogg Center was originally developed to house and feed guests while conducting educational conferences and meetings. It continues to deliver on the original mission and has expanded to provide a distinctive range of amenities. Serving as a “front door to the university,” the hotel and conference center has a profound impact on the greater MSU community, offering unrivaled customer service, an award-winning restaurant, experiential training for hospitality students and flexible space to host an array of functions.
Attendees who reserved on-campus housing through registration are staying in Butterfield Hall on the Michigan State University campus in East Lansing. Each wing has community-style restrooms and showers in its central area, and attendees will receive a restroom and shower key at check-in along with their room key. On-campus stays were paid together with conference registration through Cambridge, so there is nothing further to pay at check-in. Butterfield Hall is part of the Brody Neighborhood complex of dorms.
Check-in
Check in at the Butterfield Hall Service Center, 140 E Brody Road, East Lansing, MI 48825. The desk is staffed from 7:00 AM to midnight every day (phone 517.355.1324).
Arriving after midnight
If arriving after midnight, you will need to report to Brody 122 (241 W Brody Rd, East Lansing, MI 48825) to pick up keys/access-meal cards. They will have to call 517.355.7480 as the doors will be locked, but staff will open the door for them. It would also be best if they came to the back of the main Brody building (if looking at the loading dock the triple glass doors on their right is where the new service center is located (across from Brody 112 – the auditorium).
